Those willing to extend their stay should apply for extension at the Brazilian Federal Police.

BLS International Service charge: Any applicant applying at the Brazil visa application Centre shall be levied a service charge of USD 14 (inclusive of tax) payable in cash.

Copy of Birth Certificate, translated into English, French or Portuguese. Thus the presentation of the birth certificate during the visa application stage abroad is not compulsory and will not prevent the visa from being issued, but is highly recommended in order to avoid possible inconveniences. |

Travel Authorization for children under 18 years For applicants under 18 years old, in addition to the parent’s signature on the RER form, the presentation of travel authorization signed by both parents, issued by a public notary and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Lebanon. |
The referred travel authorization must mention the purpose of residence in Brazil. |

7 | Proof of sufficient financial means, compatible with the entire stay in Brazil | At least one of the following documents must be submitted:
Bank statements containing the account holder's name, current balance, and transactions from the last 6 months (leading to the week that precedes the visit to the Brazil Visa Application Center), duly stamped and sealed by the bank. Along with the bank statement, applicants must include the name of the account manager, as well as their email address and phone number. and/or International credit card statements containing the cardholder's name, available credit limit, and transactions from the last 6 months (leading to the week that precedes the visit to the Brazil Visa Application Center). Along with the credit card statements, applicants must provide the name of the account manager, along with their email address and contact phone number. and/or Digital bank account credit card statement Statements from digital banking platforms showing account details, transaction history, and credit limits. and/or Pay slips Salary receipts from recent months, provided they are accompanied by a work contract or any document proving a formal employment relationship with the company. and/or Income tax return A copy of the most recent tax return filed by the applicant, demonstrating declared income. and/or Property deeds, ownership titles, or investment statements Official documents proving ownership of real estate, financial investments, or other valuable assets. and/or Service payment receipts or commercial invoices referencing the applicant Invoices or receipts for services rendered, clearly indicating the applicant’s name or company as the service provider or recipient. | |

* Applicants willing to travel accompanied by their spouse / partner / children, please click here to check their eligibility. If eligible, you must submit, in addition to the above-mentioned items (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5), the original marriage certificate (or equivalent) and/or the full birth certificate of each child. If issued in another country, the certificate(s) will have to be duly legalized by the Brazilian diplomatic representation in that country.

All documents in Arabic must be translated, by a sworn translator, into Portuguese and stamped at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Additional documents could be requested by the Consular Authority.
- The applicant will receive notification SMS when his passport is ready for collection from Brazil Visa Application center.
Please note that the Brazil Visa application Center in Beirut does not process same day visas (no rush fee).

Please note that the application form completed (to be filled out on-line) is valid for one month only; if you come to Brazil Visa application Center office to submit your application after that period it will be necessary to complete (fill out) another form.
Minors under 18 years traveling to Brazil must have the application signed by both parents in front of the Consular Authority. If one of the parents is out of Lebanon, he/she must provide the original of a written authorization, notarized by the Lebanese Consulate of the country he/she is in.
Non-residents in Lebanon can apply for a tourist visa, provided they fulfill the above mentioned requirements.
It is recommended that Brazilian citizen, even if he/she has another nationality, presents his/her Brazilian passport when entering or leaving Brazil.
The entry visa, in any case, is an expectation of right. The entrance of foreign citizens and permanence in Brazil may be prohibited by decision of the Ministry of Justice and enforced by the Federal Police.
